About

Flo Foxworthy has been pursuing her childhood dream of making elaborate costumes for 25 years, and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from SFX creature suits for film to heavily embellished stage costumes for some of the world's most notorious showgirls.

 

Flo is the former head of the Costume department at the Oscar award-winning special effects company Weta Workshop, where she and her team made specialty costumes for films such as Avatar: The Way of Water, Ghost in the Shell, The Hobbit Trilogy, Thor: Love & Thunder and more.

Flo's interests outside of the costume world include weaving, travel and learning about textile-focused handcrafts.
